Villa Manodori Aceto Balsamico
Two years ago for Christmas, Chris gave us a bottle of this balsamic vinegar. We brought is home from San Francisco and stored it in the pantry. About 15 months later Chris was home visiting and helping with dinner when he found it, unopened and un-enjoyed. He promptly chastised us, opened it and added it to his creation.
It was wonderful. Thanks Chris! We have enjoyed it immensely this past summer, mostly on fresh tomatoes from the garden with fresh mozzarella and basil.
We need more!
